The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) has confirmed that they will restart inspections as the lockdown eases across the country. HSE had briefly stopped carrying out spot checks in March, after the lockdown was announced.

Pact and UK Broadcasters introduce new industry-wide guidance for producing TV safely.

Cross industry experts, including First Option have joined forces to introduce new industry wide guidelines for producing television safely in the weeks and months ahead.

ITV, BBC, Sky, Channel 4, Channel 5, STV, ITN, the Association for Commercial Broadcasters and On-Demand Services (COBA) and Pact have joined forces to introduce new industry wide guidelines for producing television safely in the weeks and months ahead. The guidelines are intended to enable a return to production for the television industry.
